A two day introductory course to Usui Reiki concepts, energy bodies, meditation, and exercises to use during self-treatment sessions and with loved ones. This class is for everyone and can enhance any wellness routine.

Reiki I Degree
Reiki II Degree
This class offers a deeper understanding of Usui Reiki concepts and exercises through experiential learning. We will study and practice Reiki symbols and their uses for physical, emotional and spiritual healing. And we will begin to explore distance Reiki and grow our perceptions of distance and time. This course should be completed after Reiki 1 degree.
